BIDA Work, Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Taxation, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Freight forwarding, Group of Companies, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Shipping
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring day to day activities of the team members.
∎ Designing Financial Procedures & Policies.
∎ Overall in charge of Accounts, Budget and Financial Reporting.
∎ Overall monitoring for optimum utilization of Funds and cash Management.
∎ Leading and Training Accounts and Finance Team.
∎ Planning and budgeting for Agency and Principals.
∎ Handling all legal cases related to Vessel related matters and agency related matters.
∎ Handling the central bank issues in respect of remittance , permission issues.
∎ Maintaining of company ERP system in a proper manner.
∎ Maintaining and review monthly accounts including Trial Balance, P&L and Balance sheet.
∎ Monitor realization of receivable within the agreed payment deadline.
∎ Compliance with the rules of BIDA and RJSC.
∎ Matters related to Customs, Port & Tax implication in case local and foreign Companies in Bangladesh..
∎ Reporting monthly accounts i.e. P&L and Balance sheet.
∎ Reporting principal monthly accounts by 5th of the following month.
∎ Monthly auditing of total accounts and reporting to Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Highly confident, strong business sense and etiquette.
∎ Strong Accounting knowledge
∎ Strong knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English
∎ Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
∎ Flexibility to help them adjust to new tasks
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
∎ Leadership ability to manage challenges
∎ Eager to learn, self-motivated
∎ Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
