Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Accounting Software, Cash Flow Management, Commercial, Corporate Finance, Cost & Management Accounting, Finance/ Accounts, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and manage an efficient internal control system.
∎ Lead and manage the overall financial strategy of the company.
∎ Work with company accountant as part of Finance Team.
∎ Manage day to day operations of the overall accounting & finance functions.
∎ Prepare financial statements, financial planing, analysis, budgeting and cash flow etc.
∎ Ensure monthly financials in a timely manner and compliance with relevant financial reporting standards.
∎ Check and authorize payment to all Accounts payable and confirm necessary TDS & VDS where applicable.
∎ Take the responsibility of company's income Tax and VAT related matters.
∎ Coordinate with Commercials Banks and Regulatory Authorities.
∎ Manage the cash flow & fund requirements on small and large scales.
∎ Prepare monthly and yearly budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
∎ Arrange third party auditing of company records on a quarterly basis.
∎ Prepare & maintain all documents, records, related with transactions.
∎ Coordinate finance needs of various departments and staff.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
