Master’s Degree, preferably in Social Sciences / Agriculture (graduate) or relevant discipline
Minimum 8 years of working experience in the development sector (with 5 years in leading the team) with proven experience in project management, donor handling, and partner management.
Track record of delivering results and impact within projects of a similar size and complexity.
Working in the integrated livelihoods program will add value
Strong understanding of the complex issues that affect child poverty, child labour, and other forms of child rights violations in Bangladesh, especially regarding working, disabled, and minority children, and girls
Strong understanding of policy-making processes and demonstrated experience in working with stakeholders in the government and donors on advocacy and policy change.
Knowledge of the current market of major trade areas, with the ability to analyse trends.

The Opportunity
Senior Manager – BPRM is responsible for supporting the team in addressing the vulnerability of adolescents and youth and ensuring the implementation of the activities of Child Protection, Education & FSL. The position holder is accountable for providing technical expertise/guidance for project implementation, budget monitoring, capacity building, and partnership management of the said project. S/he is responsible for supporting the project team including the partner for assessment, response analysis, design, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the DIP and Budget and support to all three components. S/he will provide support to partner organizations to implement the project activities in line with SCI standards. This position is responsible for internal and external coordination, reporting, and liaison with the government with support from the SCI Govt. relation team. S/he will lead the host community program for this project maintaining proper coordination with existing SCI projects working in the host communities.
