Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Following and enforcing the company's policies and procedures.
∎ Business support: Review contracts related to Bangladesh business, support payment needs of business departments, in-depth business docking, familiar with compliance requirements, identify financial and tax risks, and issue financial and tax solutions for new models and new needs;
∎ Budget preparation: Prepare annual budget, semi-annual budget, budget adjustment, rolling forecast, etc.
∎ Provide professional support to the business team from a financial perspective to drive the business to achieve goals;
∎ Financial analysis: Provide multi-dimensional business analysis reports, such as gross profit by product, income statement, etc., and output risk tips and suggestions;
∎ Able to provide timely financial solutions or foreseeable suggestions to the problems or needs faced by the business department.
∎ Assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims.
∎ Any other task given by the authority.
