∎ Qualified /Partly Qualified Professional Accountants (CA, ACCA, CMA) will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Audit investigation, Financial Audit, Internal Audit, Risk Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the entire audit process including plan preparation, organization of timelines and milestones, opening presentation, planning phase in the field, execution of fieldwork, and closing presentation to the Audit Committee
∎ Support in the development of a robust internal audit framework and policies by benchmarking industry best practices and consolidate technical and non-technical risks
∎ Continuously upgrade understanding of Rangs business unites by conducting periodic detailed audit review of all Business Units
∎ Drive all the internal audits are conducted as per the annual audit plan
∎ Drive speedy closure of exceptions reported by external auditors and prepare relevant reports for presentation to the Audit Committee
∎ Drive individual audits in accordance with the approved audit plan, and with reference to the standards for professional internal auditing
∎ Ensure knowledge management through effective process documentations
∎ Prepare reports for timely submission of reports to the concerned audited departments and follow-up regarding action taken on audit observations
∎ Prepare inputs to the Audit Committee for development of action plans to achieve visible improvements to controls, risk management and business processes to monitor the progress of these action plans
∎ Prepare report on changes in operational policies, systems and processes proposed by internal departments; Provide recommendations on possible risks & gaps to ensure that operational policies, systems & processes are fool proof
∎ Conduct organization-wide training programs to build a thorough understanding of Audit requirements within various functions
∎ Maintain a database of all Audit data, reports, queries and other related documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in all Internal Audit functions
∎ Should follow applicable laws, rules & regulations and follows highest standards of business ethics.
∎ Should have experience to work with a Group of Companies.
Salary: Negotiable
