Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the formulation of the Internal Audit Department's charter; ensuring alignment to the corporate strategy; and monitor implementation
∎ Identify the areas of potential risk for the RML across all processes and create guidelines, procedures, policies including designing SOPs for various internal departments to minimize risks and ensure communication of these guidelines to all internal departments
∎ Develop and implement a robust Internal Audit framework with defined processes and procedures and develop framework for Management Information Reporting and communicate the same to all departments
∎ Design internal control measures to review efficacy of operations, reliability of financial reporting, measurement of compliance with laws and regulations, evaluation of compliance with organizational policies and procedures and support in risk management systems
∎ Develop action plans with the senior leadership to achieve visible improvements to controls, risk management and business processes at Rangs Motors and monitor the progress of these action plans
