∎ MBA / M.Com / Masters in Supply Chain from any reputed University.
∎ MBA / M.Com / Masters in Supply Chain from any reputed University.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ - Educational Qualification : MBA / M.Com / Masters in Supply Chain from any reputed University.
∎ - Proficient on Computer & MUST be well conversant in Accounting Software.
∎ - Proficient in English and MUST be well conversant in Bangla communication.
∎ - Experience of working in Logistics department for 5-7 years in Pharmaceuticals Company or Food Industries or relevant industry or Supply Chain.
∎ - Good communication, analytical and negotiation skills with strong leadership skills to manage a team.
∎ - Result oriented to meet stressing deadline.
∎ - MUST have a knowledge in Bangla Typing.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ - Strategically plan and manage Logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer service.
∎ - Direct, optimize and co-ordinate full order cycle.
∎ - Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery time, transportation costs and efficiency.
∎ - Coordinate annual Budget setting process with Factory, Logistics and other departments.
∎ - Ensure performance management through monitoring and regular review meeting with all depot managers and leadership team.
∎ - Resolve problems concerning transportation & logistics systems.
∎ - Co ordinate with planning team to reduce Non moving stock and reduce business waste.
∎ - Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
∎ - Drive and implement Control in all supply Chain processes.
∎ - Liaison with all depot in charge for smoothly run the Company.
∎ - To manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.
∎ - Time to time repot to the top management.
