Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sea freight or logistics operations.
∎ Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and INCOTERMS.
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and freight management systems.
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
∎ Ability to understand SOP & be a good team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate sea freight shipments (FCL/LCL) with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers.
∎ Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.)
∎ Ensure timely booking, container arrangements, and dispatch of goods.
∎ Track and update shipment status to internal teams and clients.
∎ Liaise with customs, port authorities, and third-party vendors.
∎ Maintain accurate records and support billing and invoicing processes.
∎ Resolve issues related to delays, demurrage, or discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will handle shipment coordination, documentation, and customer communication to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
