Education:
- Diploma in Refrigeration and air Conditioning
Senior AC Technician: 3–5 years of experience - Strong expertise in HVAC & VRF systems - Ability to lead and supervise team members
Junior AC Technician: 1–2 years of experience - Basic knowledge of AC servicing and installation.
Diploma or Technical Certification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant field. Practical experience will be given priority.

Responsibilities & Context:
Perform AC installation, servicing, and maintenance
Work with Split, Cassette, Duct, and Central HVAC systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related issues
Ensure safety compliance and proper use of tools
Provide on-site technical support to clients
Maintain service reports and documentation
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in VRF/VRV AC systems is a MUST. Candidate must be able to handle VRF installation, servicing, and troubleshooting independently
