• Ability to lift weight to handle heavy pool cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of pool chemistry and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy pool environment
• Experience with pool cleaning machinery and tools to efficiently complete tasks
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with pool owners and managers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with varying weather conditions
• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
• Integrity

• Clean and maintain pool floors, walls, and surrounding areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for users
• Test and balance pool water chemistry, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal levels
• Operate and maintain pool cleaning equipment, including vacuums, skimmers, and pumps
• Remove debris and sediment from the pool floor and surface, including leaves, dirt, and other obstacles
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address any potential issues or hazards
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the pool area
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom, kitchen cleaning etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
