Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement detailed Operation Bulletins (OB) for woven garments.
∎ Conduct accurate and efficient time studies and motion analysis to optimize production processes.
∎ Prepare cost sheets and ensure proper SMV calculation for each style and operation.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to provide cost-effective solutions.
∎ Ensure production targets are met by analyzing bottlenecks and improving line balancing.
∎ Evaluate manpower, machine layout, and workstation setup to achieve optimum productivity.
∎ Support continuous improvement initiatives using automation & Method improvement.
∎ Generate and maintain production reports and IE-related documentation.
∎ Work closely with planning, cutting, sewing, and finishing sections to implement standard procedures.
