Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing or Masters degree in any discipline with solid experience in the required field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting directly to the MD and CEO. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to perform multi-tasking work well under pressure and within deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Lead the organization in a result driven and competitive environment.
∎ Provide a vision, guidance, strategies with a leadership approach in guiding the institution to fulfill its mission.
∎ Provide leadership for the organization's total activities of a quality & nature that would result in business growth & profitability.
∎ Develop coaching & mentoring programs for improvement and achievement of Personal Development Plans.
∎ Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
∎ Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
∎ Take initiatives to the development of employees' skills and knowledge on respective job.
∎ Must have good working knowledge on own area, market trends and industry changes.
∎ Set various types of goal as per requirement.
∎ People development and Team management.
∎ Strategic planning for sustainable business operation.
∎ Analysis the market dynamic and plan according to the dynamic.
∎ Develop image and establish brand.
