Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having 5-6 years of experiences of financial management of NGO projects.
∎ This position will be responsible for overall financial and administrative management of SKS MAMOTA Project and will be reportable to Project Coordinator.
∎ S/he will supervise all the support staffs (Support Staff, Night Guard) of Project Office.
∎ Sr. Finance and Admin Officer will also oversee all the administrative issues in the Project Office and Upazila Offices as well taking cooperation of District and Upazila teams of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 years of working experiences in Accounts and Administration section in NGO/INGO. Experienced and skilled in budget preparation; budget control, expenditure and procurement; book keeping; banking; inventory management; logistical support; VAT/Tax; financial reporting and documentation.
∎ Computer (MS Office) skill is essential.
∎ Should have good understanding on financial management basic principles and rules. Should have experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements.
∎ Maintaining cash book, ledgers and different registers related to accounts management.
Salary: Tk. 38356 (Monthly)
