Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify key customers and extend personalized service to them.
∎ Handling queries from clients, monitoring and communicate with the superiors for the professional feedback.
∎ Forecast future sales through analysis of previous data and other sales information.
∎ Actively participate in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales deals.
∎ Develop and execute regional product hunt plan.
∎ Identify potential properties for acquisition.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues, property laws and legal frameworks, market dynamics and financial structure.
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential seller and maintaining positive relationship with stakeholders, such as landowners, community members.
