∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Production, Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capacity Study, Motion study and time study.
∎ Prepare the Operation Bulletin (woven).
∎ SMV Calculation.
∎ Line Balancing, Thread consumption.
∎ Prepare, Plan and set the production target.
∎ Able to find out the difficulties / bottle neck to catch up the set production target.
∎ Find out the way to improve productivity and quality product.
∎ Able to do work place engineering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates' experience in woven are only eligible to apply.
∎ Computer skill must - MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Browsing.
∎ Communication skill both English and Bengali must be good.
∎ Knowledge on LEAN will be added advantage.
