As a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager of Secondary Sales at Starpath Holdings Ltd, you will be responsible for driving the sales of secondary products, including used and ready apartments, within our portfolio. Leveraging your expertise in real estate sales, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing strategies, and executing initiatives to maximize secondary sales revenue. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of success in secondary product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the secondary sales of apartments within our portfolio.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents to expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support secondary sales efforts.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and transactions using CRM software.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on secondary sales performance and market trends.
• Stay informed about legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to junior sales team members as needed.
