Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Achieve sales targets.
∎ Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
∎ Must be self motivated and dynamic.
∎ Able to communicate with a wide network of different professionals/business people and look for prospective customers.
∎ To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ Determine clients needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
∎ Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties values.
∎ Display and market real property to possible buyers.
∎ Maintain and update listings of available properties.
∎ Develop networks and cooperate with possible clients.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Previous working experience in a reputed Real Estate Company.
∎ Successful sales record (Sales record in Boshundhara Residential Area will be preferred).
∎ Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong sales, negotiation skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ MS Office familiarity.
