Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
∎ Lead Sales Team: Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing support and feedback.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
∎ Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand the competitive landscape, and stay updated with industry trends.
∎ Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services, effectively communicating their value propositions to potential customers.
∎ Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations and close deals with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
∎ Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
