∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting

Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ VAT Compliance: Oversee and manage all aspects of VAT compliance for AIIM Global Limited.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all VAT-related transactions.
∎ Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance & operations teams, to ensure proper documentation and reporting of VAT transactions across diverse business units.
∎ Continuous Monitoring: Stay abreast of changes in VAT laws and regulations in Bangladesh, and proactively update internal processes to ensure compliance.
∎ Audit Support: Assist in the preparation and support of VAT audits, responding to queries, and providing required documentation.
∎ Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement in VAT-related functions and work towards implementing streamlined and efficient processes.
∎ Software Proficiency: Utilize MS Office applications, and proficiency in EXCEL and accounting software effectively for financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Experience in using accounting software (Tally / Quickbook / ERP).
∎ Excel proficiency is a must and proficiency in Microsoft office.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
