Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's/ Master's degree from a reputed university, majoring in Finance/ Accounting.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, analyze, and present a Cash Flow statement to senior management. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and working capital requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and assist in implementing audit recommendations.
∎ Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Streamline financial workflows and leverage technology to automate routine tasks.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, management teams, and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, vendors, and auditors.
∎ Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and evaluate financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and credit risks. Implement risk management practices to safeguard company assets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in core treasury operations
∎ Experience in FMCG/ Logistics organizations will be given preference
∎ Knowledge of using ERP based softwares will be an added advantage
