Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop comprehensive training modules tailored to the needs of newly hired medical representatives, covering topics such as product knowledge, selling skills, personal grooming, etiquette, presentation skills, and product detailing practices.
∎ Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge and skills. Additionally, deliver refresher training sessions to existing field force members to reinforce key concepts and introduce updates in product information or sales strategies.
∎ Facilitate in-depth training sessions on product knowledge, including features, benefits, indications, and competitive differentiation, to ensure that medical representatives possess a thorough understanding of our product portfolio.
∎ Provide training on effective selling techniques, objection handling, relationship building, and negotiation skills to enhance the sales effectiveness of the field force.
∎ Offer guidance on personal grooming standards and professional etiquette, emphasizing the importance of representing the company in a positive and professional manner during interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
∎ Equip medical representatives with the necessary presentation skills to deliver impactful and persuasive presentations during interactions with healthcare professionals, utilizing visual aids and engaging communication techniques.
∎ Conduct practical sessions to enable medical representatives to master the art of product detailing, including the ability to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical evidence to healthcare professionals.
∎ Administer assessments and examinations to evaluate the knowledge retention and proficiency of trainees.
