Experience:

• At least 2 years

• TOT from any reputed institution.

• At least 2 years

• Deliver training sessions on SWISH products and brand values to new joiners, and provide ongoing product training for existing team members.
• Continuously update training materials to include the latest product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
• Identify training needs and deliver targeted sessions to address them.
• Assess team members' performance during and after training, providing personalized guidance for improvement.
• Create comprehensive training resources, including slides, videos, and product explanation sheets.
• Develop live product demonstrations and update training evaluation materials to reflect new products and objectives.
• Monitor training programs to enhance effectiveness and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to plan vlogs about SWISH products and stores, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless product information dissemination and alignment with company strategies. 
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by line management.
