∎ Age 30 to 40 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify learning & development needs of Miniso Bangladesh Ltd. & Noir through Job analysis, periodical TNA and regular consultation with respective departmental heads. Collect TNA (initial situation, expected situation and objective to achieve at the end of the training, profiles of the participants, level of priority. Forms from all departmental heads and plan with HOD accordingly.
∎ Plan and propose annual learning and development plan to the HOD for the organization, finding synergies on between department, prioritizing training needs, assessing and optimizing required budgeting
∎ Design the training calendar and arrange necessary training programs for all locations as per approved training calendar. (Training can be Online/ Offline / External)
∎ Communicate with necessary department head/ outlet in charges for getting update of training participants improvement rating as per format.
∎ Arrange Periodical reward Programs for the colleagues in every location and consultation with HOD and other departmental managers.
∎ Design & implement a verity of learning methods: coaching, mentoring, e-learning, workshop to meet up the needs.
∎ Regular store visit, train & counseling female/ male employees and report submission to the line manager.
∎ Build and manage internal communications to foster well-being and organizational culture and values; Work in collaboration with other HR team members to enrich company branding and external HR communication messages.
∎ Ensure the job satisfaction surveys, periodical salary survey to identify staff and managerial expectations, well-being level and points of satisfaction or dissatisfaction; based on key areas that impact motivation and retention or that are linked with the HR Unit.
∎ Assess diversity and inclusion in the organization (such as gender, nationalities, handicap, etc.); promote and enhance company policy to foster diversity and inclusion in staff; Follow up results and propose a related action plan.
∎ Actively participate in the review and/or drafting of T & D policies and procedures with responsible HR team member.
