∎ Develop and implement programs to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
∎ Create initiatives to foster a positive company culture and enhance retention.
∎ Organize events, activities, and initiatives that align with the organization’s values and strengthen its culture.
∎ Ensure the culture remains consistent across different departments and geographies.
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to position the company as a market leader in the IT hardware industry.
∎ Align branding initiatives with the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
∎ Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
∎ Oversee the design and production of branded materials such as brochures, catalogues, banners, and packaging.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
∎ Manage reward programs through Performance Management Systems.
∎ Track and analyze the performance of employees using key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Prepare reports on performance analysis.
∎ Use insights to refine and optimize branding strategies.
∎ Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure the brand message aligns with the overall business strategy.
∎ Arrange training program if needed for Sales & Service staff with grooming, mentoring which will be required.
∎ Act as a champion for the company's mission and values, promoting them across all levels of the organization.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
