Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for motivated,confident, eloquent professionals to connect with clients and energetic individuals to join our Telesales Team as Sales Agents . If you're passionate about communication and converting opportunities into success, this role is for you! 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, managing social media inquiries, and providing exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To present the services of the organization appropriately to the clients. Receiving & answering the phone calls of customers.
  • Make inbound & outbound calls to prospective clients to sell products as directed.
  • Provide clients with accurate and detailed product information.
  • Be target-oriented and capable of meeting assigned responsibilities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide product/service information Manage customer inquiries through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate CRM/lead entry and follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, messages, and customer interactions
  • Assist with order processing, customer follow-up, and after-sales support
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution
  • Meet both personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
  • Ability to work From 08:30 AM till 04:30 PM and 01:00 PM till 09:00 PM and 09:00 PM 
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate product information.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
  • Update CRM and maintain call logs accurately.
  • Follow company scripts, guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Confidence to take challenges and fulfill daily and monthly KPI..
  • Answering client and technician inquiries & Make Good Documentation.
