  1. Minimum 5 years overall experience in sales & marketing.

  2. Minimum 3 years of direct experience in real estate or property development sector.

  3. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales target.

  4. Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

  5. Strong understanding of real estate industry, including marketing dynamics and legal requirements.

  6. Proficiency in MS office Suite and experience with CRM software is a must.

  7. Must be result driven, highly organized and proactive team player.



Responsibilities & Context:

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Present our properties and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and onsite events).
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain the company's brand image and ensure all marketing materials are consistent and compelling.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain a comprehensive client database.

Reporting:

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and ongoing initiatives to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement.
