Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run QA section of PDC with multiple team members
∎ Oversee all QA operations in the PDC from fabric to finish sample
∎ Ensure the fittings of each and every styles to meet customer requirement
∎ Identify ways to solve problems with best corrective actions from QA point of view
∎ Initiate, ensure monitoring of all QA related KPI. Example: SFTT, Tag Approval, etc
∎ Ensure corrective measurements of production feasibility request to customer PLM Sites
∎ Meet Safety of QA standard needs to ensure satisfaction.
∎ Maintain required MIS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 32 years
∎ Must have working experienced in QA with knit garments sample/bulk.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
