Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and product concepts.
∎ Develop and execute creative and trend-driven apparel designs.
∎ Create detailed design specifications, including sketches, technical drawings, and materials selection.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market research, and customer preferences.
∎ Participate in product development meetings to discuss design concepts, feasibility, and timelines.
∎ Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the successful execution of designs.
∎ Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept development to sampling.
∎ Conduct product quality checks and revisions to meet design standards.
∎ Assist in the creation of design presentations and product pitches.
∎ Optimize design processes for efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to align product designs with brand strategies.
∎ To make artwork as per brand requirements.
∎ Prepare detailed trend analyses and forecast new styles.
∎ Design any garment, from tops to bottoms, for Men, Women and Kids.
∎ Develop a theme, collect inspiration, and prepare a mood board for the new collection.
∎ Ensure seasonal design requirements are fulfilled and create designs accordingly that suits
∎ Source fabrics, accessories, and different embellishments for new development.
∎ Prepare the spec & information sheet in technical artwork.
∎ Any other relevant task assigned by the Line Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 4+ years of experience in apparel product design, with a focus on fashion and trends
∎ Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop)
∎ Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
∎ Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and manufacturing processes.
∎ Preference will be given to those candidates who will have good knowledge in Graphic Design and Product Development.
