Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, write and edit communications materials, including press releases, Emailing, blog posts and social media content.
∎ Promote communications and marketing materials through appropriate social channels.
∎ Deal with foreign clients on behalf of the board member of the Company.
∎ Prepares promotional and informational materials including articles, pamphlets, presentations, and other media-related materials.
∎ Prepare newsletter, fact sheet and other related printing communication materials.
∎ Manages contracts and relationships with vendors and business partners.
∎ Maintain schedule of assigned works and deadlines along with meetings and Appointments.
∎ Capture success stories from the field, ability to document project achievements.
∎ Carry out any other responsibility/activity assigned by the intervention manager.
∎ Develop escalation protocols for managing communication crises, should they arise.
∎ Plan, edit content for a variety of internal and external Communication channels on behalf of the board member of the Company.
∎ Respond to media inquiries and perform media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English
∎ Must possess exceptional writing skills and be able to compose engaging and accurate content.
∎ Strong communicator who works well independently and have to have strong public speaking skill.
∎ Ability to think strategically and identify ways to improve communication efforts.
∎ Proficient in computer skills, including use of email, Internet, Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and communication software
∎ Expert knowledge of the company's mission statement and product and service offerings. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
∎ Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
∎ Proactive, self-motivated and can-do attitude
∎ Strong time management and organizational skills
