∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any other reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Operation, Production Management (Washing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Textile, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Departmental Operational activities;
∎ Plan and monitor of Daily and Monthly Production target;
∎ Guide the team so that the Quality Standard is being met by forecasting and reviewing the result;
∎ Set the priorities, combinations of the wet and dry process according to the plan and target;
∎ Give continuous guidance to the washing staff for machine utilization and target daily production;
∎ Ensure full support to the Research & Development Department;
∎ Make a continuous study of work improvement and give report to the higher authority;
∎ Ensure that all safety and right operation of the machine are followed by the team;
∎ Communicate with maintenance department to ensure good running conditions of the machine & equipments for uninterrupted work flow;
∎ Communicate with the merchandiser & buyer for sample development & bulk production;
∎ Calculate the costing & submit wash cost for both (In-house & Out side) order and identify cost saving technique;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Working experience in a large knit washing plant with branded buyer like C&A, H&M, M&S, G-Star, CELIO, Varner, S-Oliver,Tommy Hilfiger etc.;
∎ Must have Good English Communication skill and Presentation skill;
∎ Energetic, confident, enthusiastic and proactive.
∎ The applicant must have relevant experience in the same position in a large washing factory.
