Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design hiring plans with the HR Manager for all departments based on seasonal needs.
∎ Interview and assess job candidates.
∎ Manage compensation and benefits plans.
∎ Oversee employee attendance and working schedules.
∎ Onboard new hires.
∎ Organize employee records, paying special attention to work.
∎ Implement employee retention programs.
∎ Conduct employee engagement programs.
∎ Manage accommodation, food and transport for our staff.
∎ Coordinate training for all Resort employees as per TNA.
∎ Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues.
∎ Ensure Resort staff complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
∎ Understand and adhere to all pertinent labor laws.
∎ Ensure daily operational support.

Salary: Negotiable
