Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Proven experience in sales or account management.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ input data from scanned vouchers, invoices, bank statements into the accounting software according to their respective categories with the objective of creating monthly management accounts.
∎ Support the Accounting Manager in day-to-day tasks.
∎ Management of Tax/ VAT/ Custom/ Excise Duty related works and maintaining relationships with Government & Non-Government Institutions with compliance.
∎ Prepare and coordinate with the Internal/ External Auditor for completion of the different audits.
∎ To preparing monthly management accounts and annual Financial Statements of the company on yearly basis in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) To perform the project costing and analyze the margins
∎ Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.
