Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial management and accounting activities of the company. Your role will involve maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
∎ Financial Recordkeeping:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
∎ Process financial transactions, invoices, and payments in accordance with established procedures.
∎ Financial Reporting:
∎ Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Generate financial reports and analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting:
∎ Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting relevant financial data and assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.
∎ Financial Analysis:
∎ Conduct financial analysis to assess the company's financial health and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit optimization.
∎ Compliance and Audit:
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations.
∎ Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
∎ Taxation:
∎ Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax laws.
∎ Vendor Management:
∎ Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, processing payments and resolving financial issues as needed.
∎ Process Improvement:
∎ Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, systems, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration:
∎ Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
