∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance Accounts, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Accounts
∎ BSC/MSC in Accounting/ Finance from reputed University
∎ CA/ACCA/CMA
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ACCA,CMA
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Microsoft Excel, Tally ERP 9, VAT and Tax
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check all bills and other relevant documents
∎ Prepares monthly statements by collecting data, analyzing & monitoring data
∎ Calculate VAT & issue VAT challan for billing
∎ Communicate with clients to ensure payment and collect cheques accordingly
∎ Prepare monthly billing statement and update line manager.
∎ Monthly Bank Reconciliation
∎ Maintaining and updating accounts of the company on a daily basis
∎ Procurement of different items/materials for different events
∎ Negotiation with Vendors
∎ All other duties assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Expertise in tally software (Must)
∎ Good knowledge of MS Excel (Must)
∎ Negotiation Skills must be good
∎ Hardworking, enthusiastic, culturally/artistic minded
∎ Very well-skilled in both verbal and written communication
∎ Well-organized and time management skills to meet deadlines
Salary: Negotiable
