Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement strategic policies aimed at maximizing operational efficiency and overall profitability, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external clients.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators and prepare comprehensive fieldwork plans, team briefings, and operational directives to support revenue growth.
∎ Lead and manage the field operations team, ensuring timely reporting and effective communication with senior management.
∎ Establish and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures to drive sustainable business growth.
∎ Submit detailed fieldwork reports to the Client Service team while maintaining close coordination with various stakeholders and departments.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to oversee the activities of deployed field teams and ensure on-ground operational excellence.
∎ Ensure quality assurance through consistent monitoring of field data and manage inventory for research-related activities. Provide clear briefings to Field Investigators and Supervisors, and supervise the operations of regional headquarters across the country.
∎ Participate in Project Planning Meetings (PPM) with the Client Service team, evaluate the performance of Field Investigators (FIs), and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
∎ Review and verify field-related bills and submit them to the Accounts Department for processing.
∎ Prepare project budgets with proficiency in Excel, including formatting and data presentation for financial reporting.
∎ Maintain and expand a strong field network covering all districts across Bangladesh.
∎ Coordinate closely with the Data Analysis and Research teams to develop and implement effective field strategies and initiatives.
∎ Monitor the performance of the field team continuously and conduct regular site visits as per project and operational requirements.
∎ Recruit, onboard, and train new field personnel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
∎ Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training and professional development initiatives; measure, analyze, and report on progress toward strategic operational goals.
