∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain Export L/C, Sales Contract, and Export Documentation.
∎ Prepare the vessel booking and approval schedule based on total monthly orders.
∎ Make e-mail correspondence with buyer, buying agent/freight forwarder/shipping line/C & F agent, concerned Marketing & Merchandising official, and concerned officials of the Factory.
∎ Follow up and monitor all works lying in between the dispatching of the export consignment and its arrival at Chittagong port.
∎ Prepare documents for bank negotiation as per terms and conditions and conditions of the export L/C.
∎ Able to handle all logistics activities related to GSP, COO, AFTA, SAFTA etc.
∎ Buyer experience: Next, Teddy, Cotton On, Styleberry etc. will be given preference.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced Senior Executive / Executive for Export section in the Commercial department.
∎ Job location will be Head Office, Gulshan - 2, Dhaka.
