∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
∎ CACC will be an added advantage.

∎ Candidates having experience in the manufacturing industry will get high preference.
∎ Proficient in MS Office suite & ERP software.
∎ Data processing skills, including spreadsheet packages
∎ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
∎ Good analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of the overall accounting & finance procedures for the manufacturing concern.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS. Process day-to-day payments for vendors and be involved in the end-to-end process.
∎ Recording transactions in the accounting software.
∎ Monitoring of cash flow and fund flow as per company policy.
∎ Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve reconciling items. Ensure that all applicable taxes and VAT are deducted from the invoices.
∎ Prepare monthly receipts and payment accounts.
∎ Preparing product and service-wise costing helps determine pricing.
∎ Prepare fund flow statement.
∎ Ensure all accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved.
∎ Performing physical stock verification at factory premises.
∎ Completion of the monthly accruals, journals, fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
∎ Supervise and manage general ledger accounting functions.
∎ Maintain good rapport with different scheduled banks, NBFIs, FIs and insurers.
∎ Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
∎ Assist external auditors when conducting the audit of financial statements.
∎ Prepare financial statements and necessary reports periodically, preparation and of financial models using computer software in different aspects as required by management.
