Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential sales opportunities and evaluate customer needs within the corporate sector.
∎ Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities with prospective corporate clients.
∎ Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to help clients understand and appreciate the value of our offerings.
∎ Negotiate package deals and contract terms to ensure alignment with both client and company objectives.
∎ Communicate complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner to clients.
∎ Track and report sales performance, meeting targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
∎ Prepare accurate price quotations and oversee the timely delivery of products to clients.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales and deliveries.
∎ Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns, offering tailored solutions.
∎ Address and resolve client complaints or objections through effective negotiation and communication.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize results and improve overall business performance.
∎ Collect and analyze customer feedback, sharing insights with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
∎ Perform other duties as required by the Head of Sales (HOS) to support business objectives.
