Responsibilities & Context:
Check terms & conditions of the proforma invoice, Handle & process all kinds of LC issuing (Machineries, Deferred, UPAS, EDF & Back to Back).
TT issue and TT documents endorse from bank and forward to CnF.
Check copy of shipping documents.
Shipping guarantee, Bank guarantee prepare & submit documents for Bank Endorsement And original shipping documents collect from bank on time.
Monitoring and supervise supplier bank payment and acceptance.
Bill of Entry submission to bank on time.
