Automobile, Fuel/Petroleum
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices
∎ Coordinate with the collection team and set daily targets
∎ Ensure all periodic targets are being met
∎ Ensure error free data billing
∎ Timely submission of invoices and bills
∎ Maintain strong coordination with accounts department
∎ Liaise with clients to realize the bill in due time
∎ Continuous follow up with all credit customers
∎ Generate and present reports based on collection
∎ Client visit as and when required
∎ Capable to provide training for the team and maintain strong working relations
∎ Flexibility in moving around from area to area
∎ Building strong business relationships with existing and new customers
∎ Having strong communication and negotiation skills
∎ Advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
