Senior Executive - Business Development & Client Relations

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related business discipline

• Age 20 to 50 years

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, client relationship management, sales, or a similar role. Graduate/Postgraduate in a business-related discipline. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities. Good command of English and Bangla, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and professional. Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, or CA firm will be an advantage.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.

• Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Communicate with clients to understand their business and professional service requirements.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business development materials.

• Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, and client requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client services.

• Support client onboarding and maintain relevant client information and records.

• Assist in developing and implementing business development and client engagement strategies.
