Responsibilities & Context
Plan, organize, and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team during the assigned shift.
Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure smooth plant operation.
Ensure availability and proper utilization of mechanical spare parts.
Prepare machine layouts, parts drawings, and modification plans using AutoCAD.
Update and maintain technical drawings and related documentation.
Assist in installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for reliability and efficiency.
Ensure minimum downtime and quick restoration of equipment.
Maintain housekeeping and safety discipline in the maintenance area.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Occupational Safety, and Process Safety standards.
Support ISO, CGMP, HACCP, and internal & external audits.
Maintain proper documentation for maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly maintenance reports.
