Auto Cad, 3D Modeling & Google Sketchup Software, M.S Office, Corel Draw, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
Should have sound knowledge about RAJUK, CDA, DAP rules.
Should be hardworking with excellent managing capability.
Execution of residential and commercial projects.
Good communication & leadership skills with managerial capacity
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Should be smart and energetic
Fluent in English (both in Speaking and Writing).
