Additional Requirements
10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in planning, scheduling and programme management of major infrastructure/MRT/Metro Rail projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, progress monitoring, resource planning, critical path analysis, delay analysis, recovery programme and project reporting is required.
Candidates must have proven professional experience relevant to the respective position.
Experience in MRT/metro rail, railway, or other large-scale infrastructure projects will be given preference.
Experience working with international construction firms and on JICA/ADB-assisted projects will be an added advantage.
Foreign nationals and candidates with proven experience working on overseas projects will be considered an added advantage, subject to applicable laws, work permit requirements, and project requirements.
Candidates should possess strong leadership, analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, as applicable to their respective positions.
Good command of written and spoken English is desirable.
Candidates must be proactive, responsible, results-oriented, and capable of working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
