Job Responsibilities:

• Capable to sale ready or secondary apartment or commercial space.

• Identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.

• Have a potentiality to lead the team.

• Promote and sell real estate projects and property investment packages.

• Compare properties to determine a competitive market price.

• Identify prospective customers and generate new sales leads.

• Communicate with potential customers, explain project details, and follow up on inquiries.

• Maintain customer databases, sales leads and follow-up records using CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth.

• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and property-related discussions.

• Support digital marketing activities through social media, email and other digital communication channels.

• Maintain strong professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales progress.

• Provide professional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
