* Conduct property visits and collect relevant property information.

* Negotiate purchase prices and commercial terms.

* Collect and coordinate verification of property ownership documents.

* Maintain an updated database of available properties.

* Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate resale.

* Achieve assigned acquisition targets.
