Professional certifications or training in HR operations, labour law and employment compliance, employee relations, HR systems, or HR process improvement will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements
At least 7 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Systems, or HR Service Delivery.
Demonstrable hands-on experience in at least one HRMS implementation, major upgrade, system migration, or significant HR technology transformation project is essential.
Experience in stakeholder partnering, probation and performance management, and employee lifecycle processes is essential.
Good working knowledge of applicable labour laws and employment regulations, with the ability to ensure HR process compliance and advise stakeholders on relevant requirements.
The experience requirement may be relaxed for agile candidates demonstrating strong relevant competencies, learning agility, and potential.
