- Age 24 to 50 years
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, client relationship management, sales, or a similar role. Graduate/Postgraduate in a business-related discipline. Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities. Good command of English and Bangla, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. Self-motivated, target-oriented, organized, and professional. Experience in professional services, consulting, accounting, or CA firm will be an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their business and professional service requirements.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business development materials.
Follow up on leads, meetings, proposals, and client requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of client services.
Support client onboarding and maintain relevant client information and records.
Assist in developing and implementing business development and client engagement strategies.
