Picasa Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Lead – Graphic Design to oversee photo editing projects for a US-based client. In this role, you will act as the bridge between client expectations and design execution, managing workflow, directing team efforts, and ensuring flawless output quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Workflow Management: Oversee photo editing and retouching projects for a US-based client, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely delivery.
*Instruction Interpretation & Team Direction: Carefully review client instructions in English and guide team members in Bengali to execute tasks accurately.
* Quality Control & Assurance: Perform thorough QC checks prior to client delivery to guarantee 100% error-free and high-quality retouching work.
* Team Supervision: Monitor individual performance, streamline workflow efficiency, and foster clear communication across the design team.
