Responsibilities & Context
GQ Foods Ltd. is looking for dynamic, skilled, and experienced professionals to expand its food production operations, enhance manufacturing efficiency, and ensure product quality.
a) Oversee overall factory operations, production planning, food safety, and quality control.
b) Manage human resources effectively and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
c) Will be competent to manage and face food safety audits, including HACCP, Halal certification, BSTI, and Bangladesh Food Safety Authority (BFSA) compliance.
d) Experience working in reputed food manufacturing companies will be given preference.
